MVPHA Regional Staff and community leaders attended Mental Health First Aid Training on May 13, 2026. The training, held in the Merrimac Police Department Training Room, helps leaders and staff identify and respond to individuals who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or challenge. MHFA Trainer Kim Lafountaine walked the trainees through various scenarios in which they could practice strategies to assist a person in need with compassion and confidence.
